On Friday 6 September at 19.00, the folk music duo Aléa will perform in Ullmans Villa and the island's own traditional music group Spelmän Ohoj will also be there!
Aléa is the folk music duo of Aurora Visa and Annika Lyytikäinen, whose founding gave the start to their musicianship. 2024 is the duo's 10th anniversary. Aléa's music makes the kantele and clarinet groove in a way you have never heard before. The roots of Aléa's music stretch deep into the Nordic tradition, but are just as much at home in the 2020s. Since their beginning, Aléa has been actively performing in the Finnish folk music scene as well as for new folk music audiences in Finland and internationally.
